Strong C\#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8\), Web API * Hands\-on microservices development using REST/gRPC and API Gateway patterns. * Strong SQL Server skills (stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting). * Experience with EF Core, clean/layered architecture, and design patterns. * Practical experience with RabbitMQ/MassTransit or similar message\-based integration. * Redis/distributed caching, Docker and Linux basics. * Secure API development: JWT/OAuth2, encryption basics. * FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience. Nice to have * Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger/Open Telemetry. * CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps * Kubernetes, Azure cloud Qualifications and Education Requirements * 1\. Minimum bachelor’s in computer science or information technology * 8 \-10 years of professional software development experience. * FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience. * Experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor to a team. * Experience in database design/review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
