Adoption & Measurement Analyst (BI)

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced **Adoption \& Measurement Analyst (BI)** to own the measurement engine of the programme — designing and maintaining the KPI framework, surveys and dashboards that track engagement, data literacy and satisfaction, and turning data into insight that steers the change effort. **Employment Type:** Full\-time employment Responsibilities* Build and maintain the adoption KPI framework across the three metric themes (Employee Engagement, Data Literacy, Employee Satisfaction). * Design and administer surveys and polls (awareness, satisfaction) with the SMEs, and analyse results including sentiment and trends. * Develop Power BI dashboards and progress\-tracking reports at the defined quarterly / annual cadences. * Calculate metrics per the RFP's defined calculation methods (e.g., completion rates, attendance rates, survey scores). * Provide adoption insights and recommendations to the Change \& Communications Lead. * Maintain data quality, definitions and documentation for all measures. **Requirements** * 4–7 years in data / BI analysis, insights or measurement — ideally in change, HR, or programme analytics. * Proven dashboard delivery and survey\-based measurement experience. * Power BI dashboard design; advanced Excel; basic statistics. * KPI framework design and adoption/change metrics. * Survey design and tools (MS Forms / Qualtrics); sentiment and trend analysis. * Certifications in Microsoft PL\-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) — preferred. * Language: English (fluent).
