Job description
**ABOUT US**
**Urban Scholar Education Centre** is a rapidly growing educational institution offering high\-quality home tuitions, centre\-based classes, and online learning support. We cater to students from various international curricula including British, American, Canadian, CBSE, and IB.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Counsel students and parents on suitable academic programs, curricula, and learning solutions.
* Understand students' academic needs and recommend appropriate courses or tuition packages.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and walk\-in enquiries.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admissions in the CRM or database.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets set by the management.
* Coordinate with teachers to schedule demo classes and regular classes.
* Explain course structures, fees, schedules, and company policies to parents and students.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents by providing timely updates and support.
* Address student and parent concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, follow\-ups, conversions, and admissions.
* Participate in educational events, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate new leads.
* Stay updated on different curricula (CBSE, British, American, IB, IGCSE, etc.) and the centre's academic offerings.
**Key Skills**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong counseling, negotiation, and sales abilities.
* Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
* Target\-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, educational sales, admissions, or customer relationship management.
* Experience in the education sector is preferred.
