Job description

Administration Responsibilities • Manage the company's day-to-day administrative operations. • Maintain company records, licenses, permits, and registrations, ensuring timely renewals. • Coordinate employee and visitor transportation and manage company vehicle scheduling. • Ensure vehicle registrations, insurance, maintenance, and related documentation are up to date. • Report and follow up on vehicle-related incidents and maintain accurate records. • Monitor and manage administrative systems, including Salik, Darb, attendance, telecommunications, and related services. • Prepare monthly reports on transportation, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and administrative expenses. • Coordinate utility and telecommunication payments. Manage office supplies and administrative procurement. • Oversee company camps, site offices, and staff accommodation to ensure proper maintenance and compliance. • Provide general administrative support and perform other duties assigned by management. Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities • Implement and monitor the company's HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company policies across the factory, warehouse, offices, and project sites. • Conduct regular HSE inspections and risk assessments, identify hazards, investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • Maintain HSE documentation and compliance records, including inspection reports, incident logs, PPE records, training records, emergency equipment inspections, and support internal/external HSE audits. • Promote a safe working environment by coordinating HSE inductions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, monitoring PPE compliance, and ensuring company facilities, camps, and work areas meet health, safety, and welfare standards. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • Previous administrative or office experience in the UAE preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Good communication and teamwork skills
