Acquiring Application Support Analyst

Our esteemed client is expanding its financial operations to support their acquiring and card scheme processing needs, starting in Saudi Arabia with potential extensions across other Gulf countries. They are looking to recruit a skilled Acquiring Application Support Analyst to join their team and contribute to this exciting growth, providing hands-on support for clearing, settlement, and reconciliation applications critical to the bank s card acquiring business. • Technical knowledge of scheme clearing processes, file formats, data elements, clearing cycles, and settlement reports. • Expertise in GL Accounting, including accounting entries, posting to core banking, and associated reconciliation. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, particularly for Java-based applications. • Deep knowledge of Unix and Oracle. • Proven experience as a Clearing/Reconciliation Application Support Analyst. • Willingness to travel as required and to relocate abroad (KSA, Gulf, and other locations). • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. • Experience with FIS products (IST Clearing, IST MAS). • Highly motivated, with a strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced financial environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
