Accounts Payable & Receivable Accountant

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Accounts Payable \& ReceivableAccountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing day\-to\-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, collections, and proper documentation. **Key Responsibilities** **Accounts Payable** Manage supplier invoices, bills, and payment transactions. Verify invoices against purchase orders, agreements, and supporting documents. Prepare and process supplier payments on time. Maintain accurate supplier accounts and outstanding payable records. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Monitor payment due dates and maintain proper payment schedules. **Accounts Receivable** Prepare and issue customer invoices and receipts. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. Maintain accurate customer accounts and aging reports. Record and reconcile customer payments. Conduct regular bank and customer account reconciliations. Support the finance team in improving collection procedures. **General Accounting \& Finance Support** Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date accounting records. Perform daily accounting entries and reconciliations. Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting. Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents. Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding financial matters. Assist with VAT\-related documentation and other accounting requirements. Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong practical experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Good knowledge of invoicing, supplier payments, collections, reconciliations, and accounting records. Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time\-management skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally. Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
