Accounts Payable Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, verifying and reconciling vendor statements, preparing payment runs, maintaining accurate accounts payable records, and coordinating with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies. Other duties include monthly closing support, expense tracking, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field is required. 1-3 years of relevant accounts payable experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software are required. Filipino candidates are preferred for this role. Salary range: AED 1,800 - 2,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
