**Job Title: Accounts \& Operations Executive** **Company:** Classic Street Trading \& Car Seat Upholstery **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 2,000–3,000 per month **Benefits:** Company accommodation provided **Job Responsibilities:** * Handle basic accounting, invoices, quotations, LPOs and statements of account. * Maintain sales, purchase, expense and payment records. * Follow up with clients regarding quotations, ongoing work and payments. * Visit client sites and supervise assigned jobs. * Manage daily shop activities, technicians and job schedules. * Coordinate materials, purchases, deliveries and site requirements. * Ensure all jobs are completed on time and according to client requirements. * Prepare daily operational and financial reports. * Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Experience in accounts and business operations. * Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email and document preparation. * Strong client\-handling, communication and coordination skills. * Ability to independently manage the shop, work sites and employees. * Previous Qatar experience is preferred. * **A valid Qatar driving licence is mandatory.** * Immediate availability is preferred.
