Accounts Manager (ACCA Certified)

**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly organized **ACCA\-Certified Accounts Manager** to lead our accounting functions and financial operations. Taking full ownership of complete\-set accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance, you will act as a key finance partner reporting directly to senior management. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional looking to drive financial governance and operational excellence within a dynamic corporate structure. **Key Responsibilities** * **Financial Management \& Reporting:** Oversee full\-spectrum financial accounting operations, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in full compliance with IFRS standards. * **VAT \& Statutory Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to local Bahrain tax/VAT regulations, managing filing, documentation, and compliance frameworks. * **General Ledger \& Closing:** Supervise month\-end and year\-end closing processes, trial balance reviews, and general ledger reconciliations. * **Audit Management:** Direct liaison with external and internal auditors, ensuring audit readiness and smooth completion of yearly audit schedules. * **Budgeting \& Cash Flow Control:** Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, variance analyses, and maintain tight control over cash flow management. * **Payroll \& Governance:** Oversee payroll processing controls, salary structures, and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. **Candidate Requirements** * **Certification:** **ACCA Qualified / Member certification is MANDATORY**. (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent preferred). * **Experience:** **4 to 5 years** of hands\-on experience in accounting management or senior accounting roles. * **ERP Proficiency:** Proven expertise using enterprise accounting software (e.g., ERPNext, Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks). * **Technical Skills:** Advanced MS Excel modeling skills (pivots, advanced formulas, financial analysis). * **Compliance Knowledge:** Deep knowledge of IFRS, local commercial laws, and local VAT regulations. * **Key Traits:** High integrity, exceptional analytical capability, leadership mindset, and professional business communication skills. **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience. * Employment benefits in full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law. * Clear opportunities for executive growth and strategic impact within the company.
