Accounting Staff

• Independently handle daily accounting, bookkeeping and full set of accounts. • Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow and other management reports. • Handle UAE VAT calculation, reconciliation, filing preparation and maintain proper tax supporting documents. • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, supplier/customer reconciliation and payment records. • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers, clients and internal departments when required. • Ensure all invoices, vouchers, receipts and financial records are accurate, complete and properly filed. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge. • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, showcasing a practical understanding of the field. • Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence. • Experience in a fast-paced environment, highlighting adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
