Accountant

**Total Fire Protection**, A leading **Grade “A” QCDD\-approved fire protection company in Doha, Qatar** is looking for a qualified and detail\-oriented **Accountant** to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Manage **Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)** * Prepare and process **sales invoices, purchase invoices and receipts** * Handle **payroll processing** and related accounting records * Maintain accurate **bookkeeping and financial records** * Monitor customer payments, supplier balances and outstanding accounts * Perform bank and account reconciliations * Assist with monthly accounting and financial reporting * Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records Requirements * Minimum **2\+ years of experience as an Accountant** or in a similar accounting role * Practical experience in **AP, AR, invoicing and payroll** * Proficiency in **accounting software** * Good knowledge of **MS Office and Microsoft Excel** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and organizational skills * **I\-n\-d\-i\-a\-n female candidates preferred** * **Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable visa and NOC required** **Job Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time Pay: From QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
