Accountant

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented **Accountant** to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support business decision\-making. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling multiple accounting tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses) * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation * Handle **Accounts Payable \& Receivable** * Perform **bank reconciliations** regularly * Monitor and manage **petty cash** * Prepare invoices and follow up on payments * Assist in **monthly and yearly financial reports** * Support **inventory tracking and valuation** * Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations * Coordinate with management for financial planning and control Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum **3–4 years** of accounting experience * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices * Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel) * Good understanding of VAT and financial regulations in Oman * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred (Optional but Advantage) * Professional certification (e.g., ACCA / CA – Part Qualified or Completed) * Experience in retail / fashion / trading industry * Strong communication and reporting skills Salary \& Benefits * Salary: Competitive (based on experience) * Visa \+ Medical Insurance provided * Annual Leave as per Oman Labour Law * Friendly and professional work environment Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From RO300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
