Accountant

**WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT** **Promed Trading** is looking for a motivated, detail\-oriented, and organized **Accountant** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. **Position:** Accountant **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment:** Full\-time **Preferred:** Asian Nationality Candidates with experience working in Qatar or the GCC **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate financial and accounting records * Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and financial reports * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable * Prepare and follow up on **customer quotations and commercial offers** * Coordinate with suppliers to obtain **quotations and pricing** * Follow up on **customer payments and collections** * Monitor outstanding receivables and conduct collection follow\-ups * Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts * Prepare purchase orders and related documentation * Assist with monthly and annual financial closing * Maintain proper filing of financial and commercial documents **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Relevant accounting experience * Experience in **quotations, invoicing, collections, and supplier coordination** * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software * Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage **Interested candidates:** Please send your CV to **** / **\ (** ***No Calling*** **)** **Join our team and grow with us!** Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
