Accountant – Food Industry (Central Kitchen & Restaurant)

We are looking for an experienced **Accountant with a strong background in the Food \& Beverage (F\&B) industry** to join our growing business, which operates a Central Kitchen and Restaurants in Doha. Key Responsibilities * Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. * Prepare **food cost calculations** and monitor cost variations. * Conduct **food wastage analysis** and prepare relevant reports. * Manage **stock and inventory records**, including regular stock verification. * Prepare and review **Profit \& Loss (P\&L) statements** and financial reports. * Handle **payroll and salary processing**. * Manage **accounts payable and accounts receivable**. * Perform daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Coordinate with restaurant and central kitchen teams to ensure accurate recording of costs, purchases, stock, and wastage. Requirements * Minimum **4 years of accounting experience in the F\&B industry**, preferably within restaurants, central kitchens, catering, or similar food businesses. * Strong working knowledge of **Tally ERP**. * Hands\-on experience in food costing, wastage analysis, inventory management, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting. * Good understanding of **restaurant and central kitchen operations**. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
