Accountant cum Warehouse Incharge

We currently have an opening for an Accountant cum Inventory \& Warehouse In\-Charge at our company in Muscat. The role involves handling the company’s day\-to\-day accounts along with maintaining proper control of our warehouse inventory and documentation. Your responsibilities would mainly include: \* Purchase, sales, expense, receipt and payment entries \* Supplier and customer ledger management \* Daily stock/inventory records and reconciliation with physical stock \* Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing quantities \* Weighbridge, delivery and dispatch documentation \* Petty cash and operational expense records \* Preparing Excel reports for stock, purchases, sales and expenses \* Proper filing of invoices, receipts and supporting documents \* Coordinating with the operations/drivers regarding collections and deliveries \* Assisting with VAT, audit and other accounting requirements We are specifically looking for someone who is very good with Excel and preferably has experience with Zoho Books and Tally. Since this is an operational business, the person should be comfortable handling both accounting work and warehouse/inventory records rather than only office\-based accounting. The salary range is OMR 200–350 per month, depending on your experience and capability.
