Accountant – Job Vacancy
**Employment Type:** Full\-Time
**Contract Duration:** 2 Years
**Location:** Al Ain \& Abu Dhabi
Job Responsibilities
* Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
* Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
* Manage **Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable**.
* Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and prepare receivable statements.
* Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
* Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other financial records.
* Prepare monthly financial reports and provide accounting information to management.
* Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation and approval.
* Assist with cash and petty cash management.
* Assist in preparing VAT calculations, VAT returns, and other UAE tax\-related requirements.
* Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding invoices, payments, and account statements.
* Assist external auditors and provide required accounting documents when necessary.
* Monitor outstanding balances and support management in maintaining proper cash flow.
* Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and completed on time.
* Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
* **2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.**
* Previous **UAE accounting experience is preferred.**
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT.
* Experience with accounting software and **Microsoft Excel**.
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
* Good English communication and reporting skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organizational and time\-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* **Candidates with their own UAE visa are preferred.**
* Candidates willing to work in **Al Ain \& Abu Dhabi** are preferred.
