Job Description Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Payable Manager to join our finance team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices while maintaining strong vendor relationships. You will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of our luxury hospitality properties through meticulous financial management and process optimization. • 4+ years of professional experience in accounts payable management or similar accounting role • Proven experience managing accounts payable operations in a hospitality or hotel environment • Advanced proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) • Strong expertise in invoice processing, vendor management, and financial reconciliation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience with multi-currency transactions and international vendor management • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia financial regulations and compliance requirements • Proven leadership capability with experience supervising accounting staff • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards and integrity • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment. • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages. • Experience in pre-Opening is a must. • A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
