**Account Manager** **Key Responsibilities** * **Brand Onboarding:** Seamlessly integrate and onboard new brands onto the company. * **Marketing \& social media:** Manage social media channels, execute digital marketing tasks, and help clients optimize their presence. * **Technical Troubleshooting:** Utilize basic technology knowledge to guide clients through the system and resolve tier\-one system inquiries. * Manage customer accounts and act as the main point of contact. * Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders. * Negotiate contracts, close deals, and identify opportunities for growth. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and improve customer experience. * Prepare regular account and sales reports. * Resolve client issues and handle escalations when needed. * Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and territory. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Experience Level:** Fresh graduates to mid\-level experience (0–3 years). * **Technical Aptitude:** Comfortable navigating software and tech systems. * **Marketing Skills:** Solid understanding of digital marketing and hands\-on experience handling social media. * **Nationality:** Open to all Arab nationalities (Kuwaiti citizens are highly encouraged to apply). * **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal and relationship\-building skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
