Account Executive - Hair

MADI International is Looking for an "Account Executive" for Hair Brands to join our team in Bahrain. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain strong relationships with salons and beauty clients to maximize sales opportunities * Execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets for haircare product lines * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities * Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently * Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives * Provide excellent after\-sales service and promptly address client inquiries * Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers. * Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio. * Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support. * Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives. * Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer accounts. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Plan and conduct regular customer visits while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth. **Key Requirements:** * Proven sales experience in haircare, beauty, or FMCG industry * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Fluency in Arabic and English * Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets * Valid driving license
