Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Academic Registrar** to oversee student records, academic policies, and institutional compliance. This role is central to ensuring smooth academic operations and supporting both students and faculty. Key Responsibilities * **Student records management**: Maintain accurate and secure student enrollment and academic records. * **Policy compliance**: Ensure adherence to institutional and regulatory academic policies. * **Scheduling**: Coordinate course registration, timetables, and examination schedules. * **Data reporting**: Generate reports on student performance, enrollment trends, and accreditation requirements. * **Faculty support**: Assist faculty with academic procedures and provide guidance on institutional policies. * **Student services**: Support students with registration, transcripts, and graduation requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in academic administration or registrar services. * Strong knowledge of student information systems and academic regulations. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s higher education framework is an advantage.
