ACADEMIC COUNSELOR

**Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Sales)** **Location:** Bahrain **Employment Type:** Full\-time Job Summary 90Plus Tuition App is looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide parents and students in selecting the right learning programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities * Contact and follow up with assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email. * Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable programs. * Explain course features, fees, scholarships, and offers to parents. * Schedule and coordinate demo classes. * Convert enquiries into admissions by achieving monthly sales targets. * Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM. * Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer support. * Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. * Follow up with demo students to maximize conversions. * Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in any discipline. * 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Education Sales. * Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is an added advantage). * Strong convincing and negotiation skills. * Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Preferred Skills * Experience in online education or tuition platforms. * Customer\-focused approach. * Good presentation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
