AC Technician (Split & Duct) - Must have driving License (2,250 QR + Accommodation & Car)

AC Technician – Split \& Duct Systems **Department:** Maintenance / Technical Operations **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Location:** Qatar Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **AC Technician – Split \& Duct Systems** to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of split and ducted air\-conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities * Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of **split and duct AC systems**. * Diagnose and troubleshoot AC faults, electrical issues, refrigerant problems, and mechanical failures. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to company procedures. * Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, thermostats, controls, and related components. * Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection, and pressure testing when required. * Inspect AC units and identify potential problems before system failure. * Respond to maintenance complaints and complete assigned work orders efficiently. * Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, professionally, and to the required quality standards. * Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition. * Prepare basic service reports and communicate technical issues to the supervisor. * Follow company health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times. Minimum Requirements * **Minimum 3 years of local experience in Qatar** as an AC Technician. * Proven experience working with **Split \& Duct AC systems**. * Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. * **Valid Qatar Driving License – Manual.** * **Valid Qatar Residence Card (QID) with at least 6 months validity.** * Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team. * Good communication and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency maintenance requirements. Preferred Skills * Experience in residential and commercial property maintenance. * Knowledge of different AC brands and control systems. * Ability to read basic AC/electrical diagrams. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and HVAC safety standards.
