A/C Technician

**Job Title: FCU (Fan Coil Unit) Technician** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced and skilled FCU (Fan Coil Unit) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of FCU systems in commercial and residential buildings. **Responsibilities:** * Install, inspect, and maintain fan coil units (FCUs). * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Check chilled water lines, valves, thermostats, and control systems. * Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company standards. * Prepare service reports and maintenance records. * Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete assigned tasks. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as an FCU technician. * Knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, and air\-conditioning equipment. * Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Accommodation and transportation provided (according to company policy) * Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE labour law Email: Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
