A/C Technician

We are looking for an experienced **AC Technician with hands\-on experience in AC duct cleaning, AC servicing and maintenance** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be comfortable attending residential and commercial properties independently and must hold a **valid UAE Driving License**. Key Responsibilities * Perform professional **AC duct cleaning and sanitization** for apartments, villas and commercial properties. * Clean AC ducts, vents, grilles, diffusers, filters and other accessible HVAC components. * Carry out **AC coil cleaning, blower cleaning, drain line cleaning and general AC servicing**. * Inspect ductwork and AC systems for dust buildup, mould, blockages, leakage and other issues. * Operate **duct cleaning machines, vacuum equipment, rotary brush systems and related cleaning tools**. * Carry out split AC, ducted AC and central AC maintenance and basic troubleshooting. * Identify AC cooling, airflow and drainage problems and recommend appropriate solutions. * Protect customers' furniture, flooring and surrounding areas during duct cleaning work. * Take **before\-and\-after photos** of AC duct cleaning and maintenance work for customer reports. * Attend customer locations across Dubai and complete assigned jobs professionally and on time. * Explain findings and recommended maintenance clearly to customers. * Maintain company tools, duct\-cleaning equipment and company vehicle properly. * Complete service reports and job documentation after each visit. Requirements * Minimum **2–3 years' experience in AC maintenance and/or AC duct cleaning**. * Previous **AC duct cleaning experience is strongly preferred**. * **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.** * Good knowledge of split, ducted and central AC systems. * Experience using AC duct cleaning machines and equipment is an advantage. * Ability to troubleshoot basic AC cooling, airflow, drainage and electrical issues. * Able to work independently and travel to customer locations across Dubai. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Physically fit and comfortable working with ladders, ceiling access panels and AC duct systems. * Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
