A/C Technician

**Position:** A/C Technician **Industry:** Facilities Management / Construction / Maintenance **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Employment Type:** Full\-Time / Site\-Based Position Overview The A/C Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air\-conditioning and HVAC systems at project and client sites. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various **A/C and HVAC systems**. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of split, package, window, and other air\-conditioning units. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant\-related faults. * Check and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, thermostats, and control systems. * Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, and pressure testing as required. * Clean filters, coils, drain lines, and other A/C components. * Perform routine inspections and ensure systems operate efficiently. * Attend breakdown and emergency maintenance calls. * Use appropriate tools, testing equipment, and PPE. * Maintain service records and report technical issues to the supervisor. * Follow company procedures, HSE requirements, and client/site regulations. Qualifications \& Experience * ITI / Diploma in **HVAC, Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning** or related trade preferred. * **2–5 years of relevant experience** in UAE/GCC preferred. * Good knowledge of A/C maintenance and troubleshooting. * Experience with electrical and basic control systems is an advantage. * Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors when required. * Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
