A/C Technician

* Perform routine and preventative maintenance (AMCs) for residential villa AC systems. * Conduct thorough chemical washing of indoor and outdoor coils, filters, and components. * Inspect and clear condensate drain lines and pans to prevent water leakage. * Check electrical parameters (such as compressor amp draws, wiring connections, and capacitors) to ensure optimal performance. * Monitor and measure refrigerant (gas) pressures and perform top\-ups as required. * Train and direct assisting cleaning staff on routine support tasks to ensure efficient, streamlined service delivery across jobs. * Accurately assess system health and report any major faults or complex repair needs to management for outsourcing.
