Production Manager-Joinery

• Oversee all joinery production processes, ensuring efficient workflow from raw material to finished product. • Manage and lead a team of joiners, carpenters, and apprentices, fostering a culture of quality and productivity. • Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee joinery products meet high standards and client specifications. • Develop and manage production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime to meet deadlines. • Possession of a relevant trade qualification or degree in Wood Technology, Furniture Design, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in joinery production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. • Proven expertise in various joinery techniques, material properties, and manufacturing processes. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
