3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities: • Create photorealistic 3D interior, exterior, and landscape renders. • Develop 3D models based on architectural drawings and design concepts. • Apply accurate materials, lighting, furniture, accessories, and landscaping elements. • Produce high-quality still renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals when required. • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and draftsmen to ensure design accuracy. • Make revisions based on client comments and internal design feedback. • Maintain proper file organization, model libraries, textures, and render outputs. • Ensure all visuals match the approved design, dimensions, finishes, and project requirements. Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural and interior visualization. • Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop . • Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, Unreal Engine, or animation software is an advantage. • Ability to create realistic lighting, materials, textures, and post-production effects. • Good understanding of interior design, architecture, furniture scale, and material detailing. • Experience in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or landscape projects is preferred. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects. • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for composition, mood, and visual storytelling. • Candidate must be currently available in Dubai or willing to relocate.
