3D Designer – Events & Exhibitions

We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented 3D Designer with proven experience in events, exhibitions, and expo stand design in Qatar. The successful candidate will turn client briefs into compelling, practical, and production\-ready spatial designs for exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, retail displays, and corporate events. **\*Key Responsibilities\*** \- Develop original 3D concepts for exhibition stands, event spaces, kiosks, stages, brand activations, and temporary structures. \- Produce high\-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, mood boards, technical drawings, layouts, and presentation materials. \- Translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and venue requirements into engaging design solutions. \- Work closely with project managers, production teams, fabricators, suppliers, and clients from concept through installation. \- Prepare detailed drawings for fabrication, including dimensions, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, signage, and branding placements. \- Conduct site visits and support on\-site execution, ensuring designs are delivered accurately and safely. \- Coordinate designs with Qatar venue regulations, exhibition organizers, and authority requirements where applicable. \- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast\-paced events environment. \- Stay current with event design trends, materials, AV integration, sustainable build practices, and exhibition technologies. **\*Requirements\*** \- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. \- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, expo stands, fit\-outs, or brand activations. \- Demonstrable experience delivering projects in Qatar or the GCC region is strongly preferred. \- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as V\-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Enscape. \- Strong understanding of technical drawings, fabrication methods, materials, joinery, lighting, signage, and event\-production workflows. \- Ability to create photorealistic renders and clear client presentations. \- Strong communication, teamwork, problem\-solving, and time\-management skills. \- Ability to work under pressure, including occasional evening, weekend, and on\-site installation work. \- Valid Qatar residency / transferable visa is preferred.
