**3D Designer** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **About Mass Production** MaSs Production is an events and exhibitions company delivering end\-to\-end solutions across event production, exhibition stands, activations, conferences, and large\-scale experiences. From concept and design through production, installation, and on\-ground execution, MaSs works with government and semi\-government entities, corporate clients, educational institutions, event organizers, agencies, and international brands. **Role Purpose** We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail\-oriented 3D Designer to develop compelling visual concepts for events, exhibitions, and brand experiences. The role requires someone who can understand briefs, ideas, and client requirements into high\-quality 3D designs and realistic visualizations, while actively contributing creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of spatial design, materials, layouts, and production requirements, ensuring that concepts are both visually impactful and practical to execute. **Key Responsibilities** · Develop creative and high\-quality 3D concepts, models, renders, and visualizations for events, exhibitions, activations, and brand experiences. · Translate client briefs, creative ideas, and project requirements into clear and compelling 3D designs. · Create space plans, layouts, elevations, 3D models, and photorealistic renders for presentations and client approvals. · Work closely with the Sales, Creative, Project Management, and Production teams to develop practical and commercially viable design solutions. · Interpret client requirements and provide creative alternatives and design recommendations that enhance the overall concept. · Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, event objectives, technical requirements, and project budgets. · Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and internal reviews, ensuring timely delivery of final outputs. · Prepare accurate design files and specifications to support production, fabrication, and on\-site execution. · Stay updated on current event, exhibition, retail, and experiential design trends, materials, technologies, and innovative solutions. · Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure design intent is maintained through fabrication and installation. · Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, creativity, accuracy, and deadlines. · Maintain organized project files, 3D assets, material libraries, and design templates for efficient workflow. · **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field. · Proven experience in **3D, exhibition, event, or interior design**. · Proficiency in **3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD**, or similar software. · Strong knowledge of rendering tools such as **V\-Ray, Lumion, or KeyShot**. · Good knowledge of **Adobe Creative Suite**. · Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, branding, and design principles. · Strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D, exhibition, and event design projects is an advantage. · Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time\-management skills. **What We Offer** · Creative and collaborative working environment. · Opportunity to work on exciting events and exhibitions. · Career growth and development opportunities. · Competitive salary and benefits. **To Apply:** Please submit your **CV and portfolio** with the subject line **“3D Designer** Work Location: In person
