Civil Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Civil Engineer** to join our construction team in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at project sites. * Ensure civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Review and interpret architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings. * Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and construction quality. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams. * Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain proper project documentation. * Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical and construction\-related problems. * Monitor material usage, manpower, equipment, and site resources. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved construction methods and standards. * Coordinate inspections, testing, snagging, and corrective works. * Assist in planning and scheduling civil construction activities to meet project deadlines. * Ensure compliance with applicable Bahrain construction regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures. * Support project management and engineering teams with technical and site\-related matters. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering** or a related field. * **3–5 years of relevant experience** in civil/building construction. * Experience in **site supervision and construction projects** is required. * Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site procedures. * Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings. * Good knowledge of **AutoCAD and MS Office**. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred. * **CRPEP registration/license is an advantage or may be required depending on the position.** * Must be **locally available in Bahrain**. * **Immediate joiner** preferred. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in **villas, residential buildings, high\-rise buildings, commercial projects, or general building construction** will be highly considered.
