Land Surveyor

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Land Surveyor – Construction** to join our construction team in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out accurate land and construction surveys, setting out construction works, establishing levels and coordinates, and ensuring construction activities are executed accurately according to approved drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities * Conduct land, topographical, and construction surveys at project sites. * Carry out accurate setting out, leveling, alignment, and positioning of construction works. * Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, coordinates, and reference points. * Perform setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, drainage, utilities, excavation, and other construction works. * Operate **Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS**, and other surveying equipment. * Check and verify dimensions, elevations, coordinates, levels, and measurements against approved drawings. * Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings. * Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors. * Monitor construction works to ensure correct levels, dimensions, alignment, and tolerances. * Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, measurements, and as\-built survey information. * Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the concerned engineer. * Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. * Assist in the preparation and verification of as\-built drawings and final survey documentation. * Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and site safety requirements. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering**, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in construction surveying. * Strong practical experience using **Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS**, and related surveying instruments. * Good knowledge of construction setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings. * Knowledge of **AutoCAD and survey data processing** is an advantage. * Experience in villas, residential buildings, commercial buildings, high\-rise projects, infrastructure, or civil construction is preferred. * **Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.** * **Must be locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is required.** * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, numerical skills, and site coordination ability.
