Mechanical Supervisor - Construction

**Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate mechanical MEP works at construction sites. * Manage daily activities of mechanical technicians, workers, and subcontractors. * Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, plumbing, civil, and other site teams. * Monitor work progress, quality, safety, and site productivity. * Read and interpret mechanical drawings and project specifications. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project management. * Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues promptly. * Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an **MEP Mechanical Supervisor** in the **construction industry** is a must. * Strong knowledge of mechanical MEP installation and site supervision. * Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. * Good leadership and communication skills. * **Bahrain construction experience is preferred.** * **Must be locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is highly preferred.** Work Location: In person
