Together, we Make the Place. ### **THE TEAM** The Food \& Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through genuine hospitality, personalized service, and attention to detail. As the first and last point of contact within the restaurant, the Hostess team plays a critical role in creating memorable impressions and ensuring every guest journey is seamless and welcoming. As a Hostess, you will report to the Assistant Manager \- Outlet and work closely with service associates and restaurant leadership to coordinate reservations, manage guest flow, and create exceptional dining experiences for every guest. ### **YOUR ROLE** As a Hostess, you will be the face of the restaurant, creating outstanding first impressions and setting the tone for the guest experience. You will welcome and assist guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure restaurant operations flow smoothly throughout service. Through your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality, you will help create memorable dining experiences while upholding Rosewood's service standards and values. ### **HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE** * Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring exceptional arrival and departure experiences * Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to maximize service efficiency and guest satisfaction * Communicate VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and special requests to the service team * Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the reception and restaurant areas * Support service excellence by monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting with service recovery when needed * Uphold Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA standards through every guest interaction ### **COULD THIS BE YOU?** * You have experience in a hostess, guest relations, restaurant, or hospitality environment * You are passionate about creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional guest experiences * You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence * You are highly organized and confident managing reservations, guest flow, and multiple priorities * You are comfortable using restaurant reservation and POS systems * You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are highly valued ### **OUR BENEFITS** As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work.
