Assistant Restaurant Manager – Outside Catering

A 5\-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Outside Catering team in planning and delivering high\-quality catering events beyond the hotel premises. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Support planning and coordination of outside catering events * Assist in supervising catering staff on\-site during events * Liaise with clients to confirm event details and requirements * Ensure events are set up and executed to brand and quality standards * Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality during events * Support inventory, logistics, and equipment coordination for off\-site events * Assist with cost tracking and post\-event reporting #### **Requirements** * Arabic speaker * Relevant experience in catering or events operations #### **Sourcing Recommendation** Arabic\-speaking countries: Jordan, Palestine, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania — plus GCC nationals already based in\-country (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE).
