Ticketing Assistant (Travel Agency) - Female

* Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents * Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections * Have experience in the Marketing field, Sales or advertising especially on Digital Marketing were advertising through social media's. * Have experience creating advertisements/artwork and editing in Adobe Photoshop * Have experience developing campaigns and promotions. * Have Experience in content development, website and graphic design to be used in advertising. * Process ticket changes and refunds * Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints * Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone * Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel * Help passengers with check\-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD180\.000 \- BD250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
